The other day I read an article about how people who think they want to buy homes are being cautious. The chief concern of those who are standing on the edge of the housing market is that they are worried about job security and worried about the prospect of selling the homes they already own.
The article also noted that some prospective buyers are leery of foreclosures, saying that they feel as it this kind of purchase is too complex or that it will take a long time.
So what do you do if you want to sell, be it because a foreclosure or a regular sale?
While we cannot address individual scenarios, we can say that overall the best course to follow is to do all that you possibly can to make your home as attractive as possible.
