Community Information
The Downs is a community built 30 years ago on the golf course of neighboring Sherwood Forest. The community is comprised of 250 single family homes on some of the larger homesites available in the Annapolis, Maryland area.
There are between 20 and 24 waterfront homes that are situated on the banks of either Brewers or Clements Creek or the headwaters of the well known Severn River. Waterfront homes in this lovely Annapolis, Maryland community have sold for as low as $1 million and as high as $4.5 million. There are two community marinas, a tennis court, community center and lovely pool. It’s a great community to walk, run, play, boat or live. I am biased, this is my home community now and I feel so happy when I turn from Sherwood Forest Rd. onto Coachway into The Downs.
