Sherwood Forest Community was established in 1915. It is a private, gated, cooperative family community and social club located in Maryland. The community land is situated on a beautiful parcel of Maryland waterfront. There are 341 homes within the community.
Although many homes appear to be waterfront, all the community waterfront is actually owned by the Sherwood Club and properties on the water are considered waterview real estate. This is a beautiful community but can only be accessed with a gate code that is reserved for owners and guests. Application and membership fees are required.
